Do you come inside our home for services?
We complete all of our mobile services inside our temperature controlled mobile van so there is no mess in your home! Unfortunately we are unable to do any services outside of our grooming van. With our table and tools, it is the safest way to ensure your dog and our groomers are kept safe.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are happy to accept cash, debit and credit at the end of your dog's appointment. We unfortunately do not accept e-transfers.
What if my dog cannot get into the mobile van?
Unfortunately if we are unable to get your dog into the van, we will not be able to complete any services. We do have a step to assist helping larger dogs in the van. We also welcome team lifts if this is an option for you.
How often should my dog have their nails done?
For the comfort of your dog, we recommend having your dog's nails trimmed every 4 weeks. This will ensure that their nail bed stays short and makes standing and walking comfortable for them.
Do you offer complete grooming?
We unfortunately do not offer complete grooms or bathing. Our service includes nail trimming, grinding, ear cleaning, teeth brushing and paw trims.
How long is a mobile nail appointment?
Depending on which service you choose, and the behavior of your dog, appointment times vary. Typically on average the mobile van is at your location for approximately 15 minutes.
Do you take all breeds?
We accept all breeds for nail trims! If your dog has struggled with nail trims in the past, we will do our best to put them on a schedule to help them succeed in the future.
Do you accept cats or small animals?
Unfortunately we only offer services to dogs at this time.
